I’m Laura.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked with established consumer brands as a media expert and strategic advisor. For more than a decade, I built and led the west coast office of a boutique media buying agency — overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and advising brands generating $20+ million in annual revenue

Clients often call me “the golden girl” because of my instinct to find what makes a brand distinct and amplify it.

In 2024, I stepped away from the traditional agency model and formed 2Golden. We are a founder-led collective built around a simple principle — direct to expert access to senior minds. No handoffs to junior teams. No unnecessary agency layers.

2Golden gives clients direct access to agency owners and trusted industry leaders with 20+ years in their respective domains. We believe great leadership means knowing your strengths— and knowing when someone else’s expertise belongs in the room.

My Venture Design work grew out of love for helping budding entrepreneurs uncover what they’re truly meant to build and helping established founders see new possibilities in what they’ve already created. At the heart of both is asking the right questions, bringing fresh perspective, and uncovering what’s uniquely golden.
